OoVoo is a video messaging application that contains a variety o features to keep users connected. Rather than utilizing cellular data, ooVoo uses VoIP technology. Users can make calls, send messages through Wifi, and video chat.

New members can create a username for easy identification. From there, the application gains access to the phone's contact list. Users can browse through their contacts and make calls like they would on any standard call or messaging application. OoVoo supports group chat with up to five different users and can send text messages through email to those that aren't currently online.
